Master Bathroom Sink Before Remodel
Master Bathroom Sink After Remodel
The photos in this section shows the before and after views of remodeling a master bathroom sink. This was a house that we purchased and flipped several years ago, and we completed a whole house remodel, both interior and exterior. The original house and decor was built about 25 years prior to this upgrade.
In the before picture, you can see the old dual sink arrangements, which had a white ceramic tile with very wide dark grout. The cabinet was one piece, painted white with black handles, and several of the drawers no longer opened properly. There was a wall-to-wall mirror above the sink. The floor had an inexpensive vinyl covering with plastic baseboard.
In the after picture, we installed two white ceramic pedestal sinks with stylish stainless faucets. We installed ceramic tile flooring and we installed a beadboard wainscoting on the bottom half of the wall treatment. On the top half of the wall, we painted a beautiful shade of red, which was also balanced with the tile colors in the floor. And instead of the wall-to-wall mirrors, we installed two smaller decorative mirrors over each sink. Finally, we added a small cabinet on the floor and another on the wall, in order to provide storage for medicine and toiletry items.
