Bathroom Sink Before Remodel
Master Bathroom Sink After Remodel
The photos in this section shows the before and after views of remodeling a bathroom sink. This was a house that we purchased and flipped several years ago, and we completed a whole house remodel, both interior and exterior. The original house and decor was built about 25 years prior to this upgrade.
In the before picture, you can see the old dual sink arrangements in the progress of demolition, which previously had a white ceramic tile with very wide dark grout. The cabinet was one piece, painted white with black handles, and several of the drawers no longer opened properly. There was a wall-to-wall mirror above the sink. The floor had an inexpensive vinyl covering with plastic baseboard. There was also a curved wall with an extended shelf, shown removed in the before picture.
In the after picture, we install all new maple wood cabinets, with dual white ceramic sinks and stainless faucets. We completed all of the white ceramic tile on the countertop, including along the curved wall, which we added a square cabinet inserted at an angle to fill the gap area with the curved wall. The sinks were set into top such that they overlayed the tile top. We also installed a decorative ceramic tile along the length of the backsplash of the countertop. The handles on the cabinets we were able to coordinate the overall style with a white ceramic outer grab with stainless inner set. The vinyl floor was in good condition, so it remained, and we installed new wood painted baseboard.
