Sliding Glass Doors Before Remodel
The photos in this section shows the before and after views of the removal of sliding glass doors which were converted to standard bedroom windows. We purchased a home to remodel and flip, and this was part of the bedroom and exterior remodeling effort.
In the before photo, we can see that the two front bedrooms had sliding glass doors installed by the previous owner. The were unsightly and overbearing on the exterior look of the house, but the previous owner had to have these remote exits available, along an exit sidewalk.
In the after photo, the sliding glass windows and sidewalk have been removed, and new side pull bedroom windows have been installed in their place. Along with the re-framing to close in these walls for window, a new exteriror facia was added to the house as well with the addition of faux stone and horizontal clabboards. Finally, the new windows were trimmed with faux window shutters to help provide additional curb appeal.
